Best electric shaver with epilator for women?

Hi I want a really good electric shaver but that also is an epilator? I’ve heard that you can like switch back and forth depending if you want to just shave or use the epilator. Well I really want to find a good one and that is good for sensitive skin and the bikini area. Do you guys know of any? Where can I buy it? I’m only 15 so the most I want to pay is about 70$. if you only want to spend 70$, you probably can’t get a cordless one.

edit..i don’t thnk you can get one that doubles as a shaver and an epilator though. It would require too many complicated motors and gears.
