Shavers For Black Men

Is it alright for a young teenager to cut his pewbs about halfway?
Cause last night I tryed to colored them black with this black die and it got all hard and wouldn’t come out. So i had to use my brothers electric shaver to shave it half way. It feels like i lost my man hood 
I’m sure it’s very normal. Some people are very self concious about their pubes, and it is nothing to be worried out. I would personally wait for the hair to naturally grow back, and then attempt the dye job again. Maybe look into buying a dye espically created for pubes.
