Electric Razor For Sensitive Skin

What is a good electric razor for men?

My husband wants one for but hasn’t said what kind he’d like. I don’t want to ask because then it will ruin the Christmas surprise. He has some facial hair, so I’d need to get one that works well for that and isn’t too bad on faces with sensitive skin.

anything by Philips. 20-40 dollar ones are really good, but there are some $200+ high end ones too but i dont see the point of buying that.
