Snow Shaver Machine
wanting some info on cube ice shavers vs. block ice shavers?
we are planning on buying a commercial ice shaver and already have a ice machine that produces cube ice so we are wanting to use that ice. Our concern is that it will not produce a light enough “snow”. any opinions on specific machines will be appreciated.
I have a Snowie machine that uses cube ice. I think it works great. I am sure there are finer ice shavers on the market but I think this is a pretty good machine and I like the texture.
The syrups are great and we have enjoyed them. I think the key is the temperature of your ice and the sharpness of the blade. I haven’t had to replace a blade yet and our ice is always hard, not semi frozen.
