What is the best norelco electric rotary shaver?

I want to know what the best Norelco rotary shaver is, I have sensitive skin and am prone to ingrown hairs but the barber (who I trust) recommends a rotary shaver is best for my case. I can only find old outdated reviews of whats best. Not sure if those arcitec ones are worth the money…thanks.
