I want to buy my fiance the best electrical shaver out there for men. He has pretty sensitive skin and it becomes irriated very easily. He is mainly concered about shaving for the neck and chin for those are his tough spots. He has pretty thick hair..

I have always had great success with Norelco Rotary Blade Electric Razors – for the past 30 years. I usually buy a new one about every 5 years. I do not buy the fancy dancy ones with all the bells & whistles & battery operated, etc. I do just as well with the plain, simple, corded electric model.
