Shaver Boiler

Have a potterton combi boiler in bathroom does it need to be in a cupboard to make it safe to get l/lord cert?
boiler brand new in october 2007. don’t want to call anyone out if going to fail for not being in a cupbooard. Only electric in bathroom is one ceiling light. No shaver points etc. as already stated want to rent out flat and requires landlord certificate.
A bathroom is okay. No regulations being broken by having it there.
