Is it better to use the “body bare shaver” or just use a regular razor?

I would like to know which gives a closer shave between the body bare shaver and a regular razor…If anyone tried the body bare feel free to express…Does the body bare makes it completely smooth without the small hair appearing on the skin concerning private area too ?
