Electric Razor Stubble

What’s the best electric razor out there?
i want something that is effective, doesnt take too long, can handle a bit of stubble, isnt too noisy and doesnt cut the skin or leave razor bumps/redness/irritation.
Brauns and Samsungs are quite nice
