Shaving Problems… Irritation?

Ive just recently started to shave and i cant help but notice that i have a lot of bumps on my neck. I thought in time that this would mitigate but it seems to always be the same. The irritation bumps are very noticeable and repulsive. I use an electric rotary shaver and apply face wash/aftershave/moisturizer/face lotion everyday and i shave about every 2-3 days to avoid the irritation. Is there something wrong with my routine or am i missing something? Be critical if u must i just want a solution… Would it help to know that im African-American… i use rotary razor since i already know that i have a heritage of sensitive skin lol

African Americans have course hair, especially on the face. What your experiencing is ingrowns.. pick up some Tendskin.. It helps with ingrowns. You can get it online or at sephora!
