Electric Razor Carry On

Can I put electric razor,tooth paste,tooth brush,finger nail clippers,in a “carry on” baggage on a air trip?

I have not flown since before “9/11″,and am wanting to make my air trip as easy as possible through the security TSA check station.I do not want to pack as few things I will need,then have them taken by TSA.Should I have my baggage and stuff shipped to where I am going or what?Going through Denver to Houston.Is there something else I should be asking that I cannot think of for an easy trip,mainly baggage wise.

Toothpaste will have to be < 3 ounces and in a 1-quart ziplock bag, along with any other liquids, gels, etc. Not sure about nail clippers - they once were banned. The other things should be OK.
