Cloth Shaver

I have a red rash and spots from using an electric shaver, how can I heal these up faster?
I tried moisturising last night and not much has happened, I tried holding a hot cloth to the spots and they haven’t reduced in swelling – I’m not sure what to do, I’ll do anything as I really need this gone quickly.
